Enhans received the Minister of Science and ICT Award, the grand prize at the 7th Korea AI Awards hosted by IT Chosun.

Through CommerceOS, commerce-specialized AI agents, and the ontology and LAM based execution architecture that powers them, Enhans has been recognized as an AI company that moves real business, not just one that builds models.

CommerceOS is an operating system that connects core commerce functions such as pricing, promotions, inventory, brand, and customer service into a single commerce ontology and allows multiple AI agents to collaborate on top of it. Different agents share the same representation of the world and move toward the same goals under a unified control structure.

This award means Enhans is officially recognized as a leading Korean AI company that designs and implements the full stack from ontology and multi-agent architecture to the operating system and real-world execution, rather than a company that is good at building a single model.

2. Prime Minister’s Award at the 2025 Venture Startup Promotion Merit Awards

Enhans received the Prime Minister’s Award at the 2025 Venture Startup Promotion Merit Awards.

This recognition looks not only at growth speed but also at whether a company opens new markets, changes industry structures, and has the potential to scale globally. Enhans is already driving these changes with CommerceOS and Agentic AI.

3. MOU with the Defense Finance Management Corps and Keynote at the Defense AI Ecosystem Forum

Enhans is extending its role beyond private-sector commerce into defense and public finance.

Enhans has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Defense Finance Management Corps and is co-designing an ontology and multi-agent structure specialized for defense finance. This is not a simple reuse of our commerce agents. It is the work of designing a new architecture from the ground up for the defense finance domain.

We are restructuring defense finance data, from budgeting and execution to contracts, assets, inventory, and audits, into a single domain ontology. On top of this, we are designing a multi-agent system that performs financial monitoring, anomaly detection, scenario analysis, and risk assessment. Each agent is built to understand the relationships between rules, policies, and real data based on the ontology and to support decision-making in a transparent and explainable way.

Through a keynote at the Defense AI Ecosystem Forum, Enhans shared the message that the defense sector also needs to move beyond isolated system automation. It requires an architecture that organizes data with ontologies, distributes roles through multi-agent systems, aligns them under a common operating system, and connects all of this to real execution. Based on a structure already validated in commercial markets, Enhans is working to create a standard that can be applied to defense and the broader public sector.

From Korea’s Agentic AI Leader to a Global Execution-Focused AI Operating System Company

Taken together, the Minister of Science and ICT Award, the Prime Minister’s Award, the MOU with the Defense Finance Management Corps, and the keynote at the Defense AI Ecosystem Forum may seem like separate events, but they all point in the same direction.

Enhans has already moved beyond being a native AI company proven only in the Korean private sector. It is now a trusted partner for government and defense institutions and, at the same time, is accelerating its expansion into North America, Europe, and Asia as a global execution-focused AI operating system company.
