We created CommerceOS to make that future real.

On November 11 at 11:11 AM, we introduced the official version of CommerceOS. This launch is more than a product update. It is our statement that the AI native commerce era has begun.

In this release, we redefined the integrated structure of CommerceOS. We unified our multi agent system into a single operating system that allows agents to work together and autonomously execute complex workflows. This is not an expansion of a platform but a redesign of how commerce operations can function. Our customers can now achieve a higher level of automation and operational efficiency.

We also introduced ACT-2, our next generation web AI agent. Built with an advanced ontology framework, ACT-2 improves its ability to understand and control web interfaces. It continues to perform strongly on the global Online Mind2Web leaderboard, ranking alongside Google, OpenAI and Anthropic. This demonstrates the global competitiveness of a commerce specialized AI agent. As the only company using a DOM based approach, we expect its performance to continue improving with repeated task learning.
