As we approach the end of the year,
I would like to take a moment to reflect on Enhans’s journey in 2025.
At the beginning of the year, we started as an AI company with a clear vision for industry specific multi agent technology and the future of commerce.
Today, we have grown into an ontology driven AI Agent company centered on CommerceOS, fully ready to create greater impact alongside global brands and retailers around the world.
Above all, I would like to sincerely thank our customers and partners who chose and trusted Enhans, as well as our team members who have been on this journey together.
Every achievement described in this letter is made possible by your trust, feedback, and commitment.
1. CommerceOS, AI Agents, and Ontology
This year, Enhans had one clear overarching goal.
“To reach a level where customers can confidently hand over their most critical work to Agents and truly rest.”
To achieve this, we focused on CommerceOS and on the Agents and Ontology that power it.
CommerceOS, an operating system for commerce
CommerceOS is what Enhans defines as an AI operating system built for commerce.
Rather than solving isolated commerce tasks, its goal is to encompass the full range of business actions required across the commerce lifecycle.
CommerceOS is built on three core pillars.
- Ontology: A knowledge framework that structures product, brand, and channel data into a shared language, allowing AI Agents to interpret complex commerce data as actionable insight.
- Agentic AI: Purpose built AI Agents grounded in commerce domain expertise, working together through interaction to form an operating system.
- ACT-2: A next generation web AI Agent, or Large Action Model, capable of reading, understanding, and taking real actions on the web.
Earlier this year, ACT-1, the predecessor to ACT-2, consistently ranked near the top of the global Online Mind2Web leaderboard alongside Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic, continuously demonstrating Enhans’s competitiveness in web task execution.
Not a general purpose AI Agent, but function specific AI Agents
Enhans did not pursue a single Agent designed to do everything.
Instead, we focused on specialized Agents that each take responsibility for a critical commerce workflow.
Agents already in active production within CommerceOS include the following.
- Price Agent: An Agent that dynamically optimizes pricing by analyzing demand, inventory levels, and competitive dynamics.
- Promotion Agent: An Agent that designs and manages promotion campaigns with ROI as the primary objective.
- Review Agent: An Agent that analyzes reviews and UGC to systematically uncover root issues and growth opportunities.
- Brand Protection Agent: An Agent that identifies brand infringement and violations across marketplaces.
- QA Agent: An Agent that proactively detects product and content quality issues that can hurt conversion or trigger penalties.
- SNS Agent: An Agent that interprets trends and sentiment across social channels and connects them to product and campaign strategy.
These Agents are connected through CommerceOS and continuously consume and generate Ontology structured data.
As a result, we move beyond basic crawling and dashboards, producing information that is prioritized, immediately actionable, and even capable of forecasting outcomes after execution.
Beyond demos, a product proven by numbers
Internally, we made the following progress.
- Improved Agent reliability and task success rates by 17% across core commerce workflows.
- Reduced the time from onboarding new SKUs or categories to first action by 83% after connection to CommerceOS.
- Achieved commerce data coverage across 52 countries, including pricing, discounts, and coupon logic.
Our objective was straightforward.
To raise the product to a level where customers can confidently entrust their most important work to Agents.
The year 2025 became a critical step toward that objective.
2. Built around the customer
From data to decision making and execution, Enhans measures growth not by what we build, but by how deeply we integrate into our customers’ operations.
Growth in customers and growth in usage
Over the course of 2025:
- Enhans’s number of paid customers grew from 6 to 29.
- In particular, global brand manufacturers and large commerce leaders began adopting CommerceOS and Agents at scale.
- Average usage of CommerceOS and Agents among existing customers increased by 105%.
- This reflects that Enhans is no longer viewed as supporting software,
- but rather as a core part of the operating system.
Today, Enhans works with more than 30 customers across North America and Asia, most of whom operate complex businesses spanning multiple countries and channels.
The environments we encounter are remarkably consistent.
Different prices, fragmented product information, and an endless stream of reviews and reports generated every day.
At the center of this complexity, Enhans transforms chaotic web data into meaningful action through collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Flagship customers and real operational change
Enhans operates production Agents together with global brands such as P and G and Samsung.
Within these organizations, CommerceOS and various Agents handle workflows including review analysis, brand protection, and product QA,
normalizing complex web data and translating it into concrete actions.
The changes customers describe tend to follow a similar pattern.
- An 84% reduction in manual investigation work for review and brand protection teams.
- A 75% reduction in lead time from issue detection to actual remediation for product and content issues.
- A 7% improvement in operating profit after refining pricing and promotion strategies in specific categories.
As these results accumulate, AI Agents are no longer perceived as auxiliary tools, but increasingly as collaborators that work alongside human teams.
3. A team and culture ready for the next stage
As our product and customer base grow, we believe that what ultimately endures is the team and the culture behind it.
This year, Enhans made the following changes.
- We expanded the team from 40 to 75, hiring talent across AI, Product, Data, and Growth to strengthen the organization where it mattered most.
- We further deepened Enhans’s Agent First capabilities across web data acquisition, Ontology design, and Agent orchestration.
- As more workflows moved into production, we reinforced our quality, experimentation, and incident response processes to support a culture of building quickly while operating responsibly.
We remain intentionally small, efficient, and fast moving.
However, through the groundwork laid in 2025, Enhans is evolving beyond a promising AI startup into an organization capable of supporting global enterprises.
4. Leadership in the AI industry
A category defining company in commerce and retail
We are focusing on three priorities.
- Global expansion strategy
- Beginning in 2025, we are preparing for a focused expansion starting with priority regions in North America.
- By establishing local sales, partnerships, and customer success teams where our customers already operate, we aim to be perceived not as a foreign service, but as a trusted local partner.
- Infrastructure, reliability, and ontology driven data
- We are expanding our infrastructure so CommerceOS can reliably support higher traffic volumes, stricter SLAs, and country specific data residency requirements.
- At the same time, we continue to strengthen the core technologies of CommerceOS so Agents can make consistent decisions as customers expand into new markets and categories.
- Differentiated LAM technology R and D
- By advancing ACT-2 and the broader LAM stack, we are building Agents capable of managing longer horizon decision making and action, beyond single step execution.
- We will continue to strengthen vertically specialized Agents in areas where Enhans has demonstrated clear leadership, including reviews, brand protection, and product QA, by embedding our data and Ontology deeply into these workflows.
Palantir Startup Fellowship and recognition
Alongside investment, Enhans received several meaningful external recognitions this year.
- Enhans was selected as the only Korean company in the Palantir Startup Fellowship, recognizing our ability to build commerce specialized AI Agents on the Palantir platform.
- ACT-1 continues to rank near the top of the Online Mind2Web leaderboard, validating Enhans’s web task execution capabilities against global benchmarks.
- Enhans has received major awards across AI and startup categories, including the Korea Artificial Intelligence Award, and is actively engaging with government institutions through MOUs to explore AI adoption across multiple use cases.
For us, Series B and these recognitions do not represent a finish line.
They are closer to a set of commitments.
- A commitment to our customers that Enhans will be a long term partner.
- A commitment to our team to translate our technology into sustainable global impact.
5. What Enhans will focus on in 2025
If 2024 was the year we refined our product and validated our thinking with demanding customers,
then 2025 will be the year we broaden our footprint.
Enhans will focus on four key areas.
Serving global customers locally
- We plan to establish teams and regional hubs in key markets such as [the United States and Japan], delivering services tailored to local language, regulatory, and support requirements.
- By partnering with regional cloud and service providers, we will help enterprise customers adopt CommerceOS and Agents more quickly and securely.
Advancing CommerceOS
- With a focus on global brand manufacturers and large commerce players, we plan to deliver pre built workflows and modules for advertising, inventory, production, reviews, brand protection, pricing, promotions, and QA through the Agent OS.
- By continuously refining Ontology and Agent templates, our goal is to help new customers realize value not in months, but in weeks, and in some cases, days.
Raising the bar for trust, safety, and governance
- We aim to raise standards for transparency, governance, and auditability around how Agents make decisions and take action, and how data flows through and is stored within CommerceOS.
- Our internal standard is simple. If we cannot deliver a feature in a way that is safe, responsible, and explainable within our customers’ organizations, we will not build it.
Staying closer to customers
- By expanding customer advisory groups, beta programs, and feedback loops, we will keep our roadmap priorities grounded in real P and L challenges.
- We will continue refining our product and processes so Agent adoption can naturally scale from a small set of SKUs to full global portfolios through experimentation, evaluation, and expansion.
In closing
Above all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our customers who chose Enhans.
Allowing AI Agents to directly operate in areas that impact business outcomes, such as pricing, promotions, and brand visibility, is never a light decision.
Your honest and at times critical feedback enabled us to move faster and in the right direction.
I would also like to thank our partners.
Together, we reached markets and customers that Enhans alone could not, and delivered end to end solutions that no single company could have built on its own.
Finally, to the Enhans team.
From CommerceOS to the many projects delivered alongside our customers, the focus and execution you demonstrated this year were exceptional.
I am proud of what we have achieved together, and even more excited about what we will continue to build.
We are still at the beginning.
That is what makes this journey more exciting, why we move carefully, and why we aim to go further.
Thank you.
